Group Classes at Sandylands Fitness Centre & Gym

Here at Sandylands fitness centre we have a vast range of classes run by Sam Boatwright and Kayleigh Moffat. Classes are a great way to train in a fun and energetic way with like-minded people.

Instructors motivate, inspire and sometimes even join in to push you to your limits and ensure you get the most out of your workout in a safe, fun and enthusiastic environment.
