Here at Sandylands Fitness we have a vast range of classes suitable for all abilities. Designed to be fun and push you to your limits, our instructors will motivate and inspire you to ensure you get the most out of your workout in a safe and enthusiastic environment.

What classes do we offer …

Power

A full body high intensity workout aiming at building stamina & strength as well as fat burning, using both cardio equipment and weights.

spinning

Using the indoor bikes these classes focus on endurance, strength, intensity and recovery for a high energy workout.

Speed spin

Similar to our Spinning but shorter, faster, more intense and lasting just 30min.

Barbell pump

Using a barbell and weights for a full body workout with new routines released often to keep you on your toes.

HIIT Circuits

Circuit training consists of a consecutive series of timed, varied weights and cardio exercises performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest between each exercise.

Clubbercise

Fun, easy to follow workout, combining dance, toning & combat moves with glowsticks & disco lights. Club anthems from the 90’s through to todays hits.

Legs & Ab’s

A great workout to tone and strengthen your legs, bum and ab’s, using a combination of both weights and floor exercises for a great lower body workout.

20/20/20

20min spin, 20min abs and 20min weights all thrown together to create a tough and challenging class no matter what your fitness levels.
