Here at Sandylands Fitness we have a vast range of classes suitable for all abilities. Designed to be fun and push you to your limits, our instructors will motivate and inspire you to ensure you get the most out of your workout in a safe and enthusiastic environment.

What classes do we offer …

kettlebells

A full body workout building stamina and strength using kettlebell weights

spinning

Using the indoor bikes these classes focus on endurance, strength, intensity and recovery for a high energy workout.

pump fx

Using a barbell and weights this workout routine is performed to high energy music with new routines released often to keep you on your toes.

HIIT STEP

This short 30 minuite class will push you to new limits. Using only body weight and a step this high intensity interval training will challenge you.

BOXERCISE

Learn the different punches and pad holding techniques safely in a fitness based boxing class. Designed to burn your arms and get your heart pumping.
